Junior Colleges See Surge in Cooking Classes

I have an article in today’s Tribune about cooking classes at community colleges. A lot of junior colleges are seeing more students sign up for culinary arts/hospitality management courses, despite lean economic times. While yearly tuition at some culinary schools in the city can cost around $40,000, most community schools are priced well under $10,000. You can read the article here.
