Violinist Taro Hakase’s Weeping Violin

Japanese musician Taro Hakase has been using his violin – and his gift of making beautiful music – to raise money for victims of the Tohoku earthquake and tsunami.

“I wanted to help.  I wanted to raise money for the victims of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami — so I turned to doing what I feel I am best at doing — playing music,” he wrote on his Website.

I like this very much.
